With a degree in Sports Science I truly believe in practicing what I preach, during your sessions I will work with you to ensure that you are lifting properly, exceeding your own expectations and challenging your own beliefs in how far you can go. I will push you, and you will succeed.

My biggest goal is to help you to reach yours. In both classes and individual sessions I will work with you to push you past your limits and get the best out of you every time. Having found fitness as my calling I use my degree in dance for inspiration during sessions.
