Colm and Sinead are amazing. I came to Sinead fully exasperated and dejected. I thought I had tried everything, dieting, running, going to the gym, but still I was not getting the results which I thought I deserved. A friend had recommended D12, and I thought it might be worth one last attempt.
The first thing which Sinead did was to sit down and listen to my story, what had I tried? What had worked at times, what had never worked? What was I eating every day? What were my goals? Even in this first conversation she was able to give me great little pieces of advice and we quickly realised that one of the biggest problems was that I was finding it hard to really stick to my program on my own.
That week I started to attend Sinead and Colm’s morning classes. I could not believe the difference. Everyone in the class was so nice and really working together, motivating each other and suddenly I actually started to look forward to the morning workouts which I previously dreaded. I started to push myself harder to keep up with everyone which gave me such a feel-good vibe that I would be on a high for the rest of the day.
I still attend D12’s classes three times a week and I am full of energy. If you are anything like me, you really need to give this a go!
Fat Burning Bootcamps
Join our community losing fat together every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Suitable for everyone from complete beginners to people who are slightly more advanced, we tailor your program for you!
Get the best individual treatment by working with us on a one-on-one basis. We will coach you in the gym, provide you with nutritional programs and analyse your progress to ensure we help you achieve your goals.
